Shipping & Delivery
We ship primarily via UPS and Fed Ex within the continental U.S. We are unable to ship internationally at this time. The fees are as follows:
  • Standard ground = $7.95 + $6 per vendor, if more than 1
  • 3 day = $20 per vendor
  • 2 day = $30 per vendor
  • Overnight = $40 per vendor

Standard shipping is generally 3-5 working days in addition to the approximate 7 -14 production days (time it takes to print your order). Production times are estimates and can vary depending on many factors including season, volume of orders in system, weather issues, back-ordered supplies, questions on orders and more. Charges for cceasy site may differ.
Privacy & Security
No one hates spam as much as we do and would never sell or give away your email address to another party for any reason. RSVPNotes respects and wants to protect the privacy of our users. We do not sell, rent, or loan any identifiable information regarding our customers to any third party. Any personal information you give us will not be given to other third parties without your consent.
Returns & Replacements
RSVPNotes greatly appreciates your business. We stand 100% behind delivering your product, exactly as you ordered it, in a timely manner. Our stationery consultants are trained to proofread all orders for spelling, grammar, wording and etiquette however, we cannot verify some customer errors, especially the spelling of proper names, unusual event location, town or street names, the date of your event or anything else out of the norm so please review your wording carefully. We encourage you to check your online preview thoroughly before submitting your order.

Since all of our products are personalized, once delivered, they cannot be returned. However, if you discover a problem with your order, contact us immediately at  If the error was the fault of RSVPNotes or one of our vendors, we will replace the product at no cost to you. Unfortunately, sometimes errors occur because our customers inaccurately enter information into our ordering pages. If that is the case, we will try to catch the error before processing the order, but if we do not, we can often have the order redone at a discounted price.

How to You can place your orders online, by phone or by mail. You will get an automatic email confirmation within minutes of your placing your online order. If you place a phone order we will email you a copy of the phone order for your review and approval before the order goes into production
Changes  We are only able to change or stop an order which we have not put into production. Some orders go into automatic production and cannot be changed once submitted. Once an order is in production, changes or cancellations cannot be accommodated. You will be charged for the original order as it was submitted to us so please check your order carefully prior to submitting it. If there are any charges incurred to change the order we will provide the fee to you before it's charged for your approval. If you opt to cancel the order at that time, there may be cancellation fees.

Viewing Orders
Confirmation of your order with details will be sent to you right away.  If a proof was requested, one will be sent to you via email within a few days.  You will also be notified when your item(s) has shipped with tracking information, if available.
